Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days.
  • Overnight Shipping: Delivery within 1 business day.

Shipping Rates:

  • Standard Shipping: $5.99 for orders under $200. Free for orders over $200.
  • Expedited Shipping: $14.99
  • Overnight Shipping: $29.99

International Shipping:

  • We offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times and rates vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order through the link provided in the email.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges which are not included in our shipping rates and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-returnable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Personal care items (e.g., toothpaste, deodorant, etc.)

Return Process:

  1. Initiate a Return:
    • Contact our Customer Service team at returns@annaconradgroup.com or call 1-888-963-8944 to initiate a return. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Prepare Your Return:
    • Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip. If you do not have the original packing slip, please include your order number and billing name.
  3. Ship Your Return:
    • We will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label. Affix the label to the package and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges:

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our Customer Service team at exchanges@annaconradgroup.com.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at refunds@annaconradgroup.com.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For all other returns, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service team immediately at help@annaconradgroup.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
